Orbital Friendship Cannon

Description on how to use and what the SWEP does:
This SWEP will not work unless the area you have shot it is able to see sky. The SWEP shoots a rainbow-colored laser down from the heavens to obliterate your foes. It will sound a siren 3 times, wait about 1-2 seconds, and then blast the point you shot.

If you have an indestructible prop in the center of the blast, it will likely get removed from the map. Other gravity effected props will get launched in all directions if they are near the blast.

This will (likely) kill all NPCS. If it didn't kill the NPC you tried it on, you may need to make sure the center of the blast hits it dead-on. More often than not, NPCS will get launched.

Also yes, it will kill players. A note though: it will not do anything to anyone unless they're hit by the beam or get hit by props.

If you miss a player by a few inches, it may only steal their entire inventory. (This will not steal special game mode inventories, only things that are hand-held.)

A known issue: If two beams are shot too soon one after another (about less than one second apart), it will cause a script error and will not remove the laser that shot first. If anyone has a fix for this, please let me know so I can update it with the fix. I'm not very good with lua coding, I'm still learning. Any leg-up would be wonderful and might help me towards coding a full addon by myself.

The only part of this addon that isn't in the base game files is the rainbow beam texture. So it is likely all users need to have this mod installed for it to look correct. Otherwise, this mod works correctly regardless.
This likely has been fixed by garry adding in the auto-download of addons that are used on the server.

Credits to ThoughtWave42 for originally creating this item on Toybox. I fixed it up for Gmod 13 and optimized it as best I could for multiplayer. (By shortening the beam time.)
And before anyone asks, yes, I did try to contact ThoughtWave42.

If anyone can find any other contact info for ThoughtWave42, I'd gladly contact him if at all possible so I can ask for full permission, or for handing this addon over to him, even taking it down if he doesn't want it on workshop.
