Buy Menu Hotkeys

Description
A re-upload of the original Buy Menu Hotkeys

Adds hotkeys to the Alien Evolve menu and Marine Armory/Prototype Lab menu.

The button labels can be disabled by setting 'HUD Quality' to 'Minimum" or by unchecking 'Show BMHK Labels' in the mod options (Options->Mods->Buy Menu Hotkeys Options)

The default keybindings can be changed in the mod options (Options->Mods->Buy Menu Hotkeys Options)

i fixed the errormessages but marine buymenu is not working for now
still need to overhaul marine buy menu functionality.
alien buy menu is working (didnt need any changes)

Now conflict with build 337, because it updated a new UI of the armory
