I click icon or lanch game from steam. but nothing happened.

Been trying to get my Xbox controller to work with this game. I used steam input, tried disabling it, using default settings, brute forcing it with third party programs such as Joy to key, and even mapping the controller layout manually via steam controller settings. It seems nothing is working. if anyone has a solution please let me know....

When I saw the game announced for the Nintendo Switch, I was immediately intrigued and even considered pre-ordering the Special Edition (or Limited Edition, I'm not sure anymore). But then I looked a bit into the game's history and found out that there was a Director's Cut released. So why exactly couldn't that Director's Cut have been brought over? I'm still on the fence if I even want to bother. It looks like such a nice game, but should I really enable this kind of behavior?...

Adter the beginning of the story in Chapter 10, the screen turned black. It's not freeze, it seemed like to turn to the opening theme but nothing happened. I could only press ESC. Is this a bug? Any help or solution?
