Haven't been able to start the game for some time now, I've got windows 10. Has anyone had this problem and been able to fix it?

This works brilliantly on the Steam Deck but is there any chance the banner can be amended to vertical? It's the one thing that lets it down on the Deck's interface. I know I could add my own but it would be nice to have something official.

I am pretty addicted to Waves, are there any similar games on Steam which use this style of graphics and twin stick controls other than Geometry Wars (which rocks also)? A random emote -
