Report a translation problem
Gonna look into making that easier to view with the controller. LT (Xbox) or L2 (PS4/5) will jump to your first status effect - might be helpful in the meantime.
I loved the story/world of Earthbound too. Early development actually had those aspects before it turned into a roguelike (lower scope). I'd love to do a straight JRPG someday.
Oh, and, idk how to replicate it, but on controller, sometimes i get ''stuck'' outside of the battle screen while browsing outside of it, I really wish i knew how it happened but it only happened twice, i had to use the mouse to get back to the middle of the screen.
About the scope, yeah that would be neat, again, maybe a sequel, could even re-use some of the stuff from here tbh! But even if it was a roguelike deckbuilder again, just a little hub would be enough, sorta like Gungeon but with small interactions.
