Global Achievements

Circulation 20 and Agitators 9 will not enter into my Steam account
Neither of these two achievements will log as completed. The Circulation 20 achievement says that I need to send 200 million newspapers out, and Steam has me logged at 199,875,000. I've tried sending out the additional newspapers required, but it will not work. Agitators 9 also will not work, saying that I need to send out 100,000 agitators, and that I have 99,570.

It's a shame, because the rest of the achievements have worked fine, so when I came back to attempt perfect completion of the game, I was disappointed to find these achievements not working. Any type of fix, or should I just call this a wash?

You need to have exactly 100.000 agitators, otherwise it's not working. So if Steam says you are missing 430 agitators, you have to get and send 430 agitators.
