No. I Buy this game and buy GTAIV separately. Owners GTAIV get Complete. But who bought both versions lost money. Steam has never taken a game from library in the history of Steam after it was removed from Steam.
I want a separate version with OLD ID in my accaunt - I paid my money for this version
https://ad.gamersky.info/@store.steampowered.com/news/11428/ -- or in other words, this is not the first time a game has been removed from libraries.
What now?
No that's not true. Everything was brought back. Do not throw unverified fake news. I am a removed game collector and I know what I'm saying. See my library

Rockstar said that if you own gta 4 OR episodes from liberty city that you could upgrade to the complete edition. So you should be able to upgrade.
IT'S NOT COOL TO TAKE WHAT I PAID FOR!
