No. I Buy this game and buy GTAIV separately. Owners GTAIV get Complete. But who bought both versions lost money. Steam has never taken a game from library in the history of Steam after it was removed from Steam.

I still have the game installed and in my library. When did they take it away from you? Was it after you updated GTA 4? Because I have yet to do that and I refuse to. F!@$ Rockstar and this stupid awful thing they're doing. They have no right to remove games and content people paid for already. This whole thing is ridiculous. I've never seen a scummier company in the gaming industry, and they will not get another dollar from me ever again you can bet on that.

Rockstar said that if you own gta 4 OR episodes from liberty city that you could upgrade to the complete edition. So you should be able to upgrade.

They took way your working EFLC and replaced it with broken Cumplete Edition (TLAD doesn't work properly on it). GG R*
