Crabs feel like a swing and a miss

The excellence of the first three quarters of the game is the simplicity of dealing with obstacles and the technical mixups of ramps and drifting turns - you never lose your agency. Crabs throw this out the window. It could be the randomization I got at the end the few times I've played through so far, but there are WAY too many crabs and they're debilitating in a way that just makes a fun game less fun.
