Bus stop doesn't appear after beating level 4-A?

For some reason the bus stop needed in order to access lever 4-B didn't show up after i beat level 4-A? I have 100% on ll the levels up until 4-B (including the Steve levels) and i don't know what to do because there is no way to progress any other way.
I've watched through the walkthroughs and have done everything exactly as it should be and have explored and interacted with everything on the map, so I don't know why the bus stop hasn't shown up after trying everything.

Any tips on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated, if it's fixable at all that is.

Having the same issue although I'm not quite 100% on everything. Google search turns up... nothing at all.

Exactly! I tried googling many times and there's absolutely nothing. I hope that a dev will see this thread and address the issue, glad i'm not the only one experiencing this issue tbh.

Same issue. No bus stop appearing. I haven't 100% the levels, but I don't think that is supposed to be a requirement. I assume this means I cannot progress to 4-B?

I also have an minor issue of when I got all the way left and hit the bear bridge construction zone. It seems like they are still building a bridge. I assume this leads to the last level but I often get physically stuck on that screen and cannot move my character. I then have to go to main menu to escape and be able to move again.
