If I have Dorfromantik running and click alt+tab to go to my browser, for example, the game will continue to register the mouse movements and clicks as if I was still playing the game, even if the browser (or whatever it is that I switched to) is in full-screen mode and covers the game entirely. This doesn't happen to me with other games, only this one, and unless I remember to quit the game or at least go to the menu so that there's less things that I could accidentally "click on", the game can and will place tiles down if I happen to click somewhere that would be an empty spot if I was looking at the game. Since I still hear the game music and sounds I'll hear a tile being placed and be reminded to undo the placement and to prevent the game from doing it again, but it is quite annoying.
