Add support to rebind keys/controls.
The QWERTY fixed style controls do not work on various language specific keyboards (such as French AZERTY).

Moreover, this can be an accessibility issue for people who suffer from motor disability. (see this GMTK video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ufe0i26DGiA).
