They recently added a training island zone for 150+ containing lvl 175 enemies though, but it's still nowhere near as fast as bursting. But even then, that requires being atleast Lv 150 or 50RB to use. by which point you will be mostly training at Sharks/Relic island, just like in the past
OG Chinese wlo had bursting
IGG had it, they actually monetized bursting the most by advertising it as a feature, and specifically sold the "IM Remote" to lock players out of being able to burst automatically unless they paid for it, IGG is the only version where that remote was different.
980x's "WLO", NWLO, and even current NWLRI all have bursting, and with other versions have removed bursting for other methods such as below, while maintaining other updates from the mainland version this can be interpreted as nothing other than they specifically chose bursting as the primary leveling method because PLM doesn't have it.
Mainland china + PLM (The version 980x's WLRI is based on) doesn't have bursting but does have a card system where players can sell exp to eachother instead
WLOM Doesn't have bursting but has offline training
Hell bursting is very specifically programmed to stop working once a character has reached Lvl 180, or is Reborn, these take very specific and intended programming steps to make that happen
