Uro seems overtuned
Read title, so long as you get correct three items on Uro, he can solo your entire board 90% of the time, it seems like there is very little counter play or positioning you can do once it is revealed that this is the opponent's strategy.

The bigger offender is the glove + meat item. That item is too strong and can turn any tank into a major damage dealer. It is so good that many people put it on non tank damage dealers with high attack speed.

Uro with Mallet of Mashing, two other meat combined items on Uro (preferably between Pyromaniac's Kit, Emargancy Chicken, and Cleaver), Demon Tier 1, and as high tier of Brawler as you can get.
If your Uro is Tier 3-4 and you got extra star points, then leveling shop rarity to get access to uncommon brawlers can be worth. Otherwize you largely want to roll for Uro.

Edit: If you see many 4 shaman comps, you might want to get the shield + glove item on Uro instead of a 3rd meat item.
