I've been mostly liking this game so far, but one of my biggest gripes with it by far are how inaccessible the keyword descriptions are.

In every other game I can think of, including the the two games this game lists as its inspiration (Slay the Spire and Team Fight Tactics), you can just hover over the keywords to see a description of what they do. In this game the keywords are similarly highlighted, and I was pretty surprised when I hovered over one to see what it did and no tooltip popped up.

It appeared that the only way in game to see what a keyword does is to go to Settings, then Compendium, then Keywords, and then search through an UNSORTED LIST of all keywords in the game. That's how I've been looking them up every time.

I just checked everywhere to see if I was missing something, and it turns out I was - relevant keywords seem to pop up in a "dictionary" to the bottom left that you need to page through to find the keyword that you're actually looking for, with the first few keywords being generic enough to make it look like it was just some tutorial remnant or something, like "Merged Items" or "Armor".

I've played through over a dozen runs now, have unlocked everything some time ago, and have only just realized this. I'm kind of astounded. Not only is this certainly objectively worse than just doing on-hover keywords (since I need to flip through a bunch of keywords just to find the one I'm interested in viewing rather than just...hovering over the keyword in question to instantly see that info), it's also almost certainly more difficult to code. Why was this done?

Please put on-hover keyword tooltips in the game, I'm begging you. It's not even really for me, it's for every new player who encounters the same frustration with it that I did.
