Question about data carryover
Hypothetically if I get the game's from this duology from two different vendors like one from here and one from gog does the carryover system still work

It should work fine as long as both load saves from the same folder, otherwise you might need to move the save to the corresponding folder it looks for. Both Steam and GOG are the exact same build of the game.

Ok so knowing where the save files are is the key, but considering how the file system for most games is its probably even more of a non issue to worry about

email gog support if you can't find the folder as i think on gog they use a cloud too.... gog support should get medals for what they do.... modern day hackers all of them lmfao
