I could be wrong though, I don't fully remember.
There is a plan to add vampire clans, like was in daggerfall and morrowind but hopefully more well realized.
And there's also a plan to add therianthropes (werewolves, wereboars and wererats), but since these are more monstrous there are probably no real factions related to them. Maybe some cults or tribes? Not confirmed.
Many people are also suspicious and untrusting of these races in particular: ogres, cambion, fey, and goblins. The birthing of cambions and fey is seen often as a curse, as they're born into any race and are infertile, and the demonic features of the former and the unnatural beauty of the latter also add to their bad reputation. Ogres live in small tribes, and an ogre can get afflicted with a disease that turns them into mindless killing machines. Goblins live faraway in the desert wasteland, the remains of an ocean. Their settlements aren't that big in the grand scheme of things. They're a weird looking little people and are often seen as thieves. All this whilst elves, dwarves, orks and humans have more established societies (orks and humans especially), their births are celebrated (even if elves are born weird), they're not prone to get a disease that turns them feral; they have a reputation of being great warriors, tradesmen, farmers, sailors, kings; and they don't look weird or demonic. So... I'd wager a guess that these races are more accepted in comparison the the former list. Though even these have weird ♥♥♥♥ about them.
And I could be wrong about goblins maybe elves are weirder than them idk
Happy to hear this, as it adds to replayability even more to see what I may have missed, what I may see instead, or how I would have to accommodate the game world on account of what I am.
