CPU usage 100% GPU usage keeps fluctuating
So I just re-downloaded the game and when I turn on Ray Tracing my CPU usage shoots up to 100% and my GPU is never fully utilized. I never had this issue before the FSR3.1 update. Anyone have the same issue or know what's wrong? Game runs at 1440p Max settings.

PC Specs
CPU- R7 7800X3D
GPU- RX 7900 XTX Sapphire Nitro+
RAM- G. Skill Trident 2x16 32GB 6000MT/s
Storage- NVME GEN4 2TB WD Black

I had to turn off raytracing permanently, it isn't optimized. I had the exact same issue with my 3070 ti, my CPU usage was through the roof until i turned it off.

Same here using 9800X3D and RX 7900 XTX the thing is the game used to work just fine with my old 5800X non 3D + 7900XTX which is weird.

1080p max setting DlssQ max %80-85 cpu usage ryzen 5 5600 16gb vram. FPS cap coud work for you .
