Report a translation problem
I don't want to give away my own presumptions just yet, but flame is definitely good. However the reason it's good, according to ending scores, seems like it has more to do with how the game functions rather than the specifics of the weapon. It makes me worried about the balance of 20 Minutes Till Dawn.
My level for this at the end screen is level 22 and I have 3438 kills.

That was one of the most powerful builds, but you got starved for targets near the end. I'm still not certain what determines spawn/despawn.

But L23 is possible with L24 almost achieved.
Think it's possible to get L24 with some luck, but no higher.

My build kill monsters faster than Arcanuse's build, but somehow I got a far less kill counts.

Levels Earned = 18
Shana + Revolver, went for attack speed + projectiles + freeze + lightning
Levels are low because I essentially got stuck in one spot for the last couple minutes. I was unlucky and never got the frozen enemies explode skill despite my rerolls, this would have increased kill count a lot I think and let me move around more to pick up the exp globes.
