Just bought the gam and its saying the zombies broke in to the ea servers please help

for some reason i try to join my friend through the globe doesnt work then i try to invite him doesnt work idk how to fix it only way we found how to play together is to time when we joining a game

I tried using Frosty Mod Manager, the thing basically pervented the game from opening entirely. Uninstalled the game, mod manager and EA app, reinstalled only the game and EA app, not clicking play doesnt open the game at all. Any fix?
