Excellent, still looks kinda great especially for a game that was basically released 12 years ago and its runs extremely well.

I'm playing it on a laptop : RTX 4060 8 gigs + i5-12450H 8 cores + 16 gigs of RAM and I can play it in 1440P everything maxed out at a stable 144 fps. Never drops, never any framedrops or stutter.

And this game is just so fun to play on mouse and keyboard.

Didn't need to install any unofficial patches, you can just buy the game and it should run perfectly.
