Randomisation

Would it be possible to implement some form of randomization of team and driver/engineer/crew-chief details at the start of career? Would really help with replayability of the game.

Are you suggesting for the team member selection at the start of career to have a different list of members every time you start a new career?

I mean like having the option at the start of career to completely randomly generate driver pool, engineer pool, crew chiefs pool from which You choose from. And teams start with random budgets.
