I have every area claimed, all secrets found and the throne repaired but Necropolis is only 99% rebuilt and the achievement hasn't dropped. All the buildings look repaired. I have all runes and all effigies. What am I missing?
Edit: Found the answer in a previous discussion. I forgot to upgrade the rune building. Got platinum now.
