Good evening!
I would like to know if it is possible to create a new character on a different server for example I am playing on the european server but I have many friends playing on the south american server! is it possible for me to create a character there and keep the cosmetics I bought?

Cosmetics are region locked. Only servers on the same region can access those cosmetics.

ok... but it doesn't make any sense to me... if you can create characters in several regions why can't you take cosmetics?
I think that's something they should work on.

Probably due to regional price differences?

Not only that, but language differences mean that items have different names across regions.
