how to we collect them or are they just for show

I tried more than 10 times but impossible to beat. I just beated on easy mode and it was really short, the 2 other mode impossible for me . not enough coins or not enough time, it's really too hard, can you ajust this level please ?

Hello I have a problem at startup, when I launch the game I have the game screen which lights up, the unity logo then my game crashes, a window opens with the game logo and a point of red exclamation at the top left of the logo, then the game closes. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, hope someone has a solution. Thanks in advance Edit: Changing the resolution doesn't change anything either...
