game wont load and keeps getting stuck on saving screen
i want to play the game but it keeps crashing and not responding and when i finally do get in it. It keeps getting stuck on saving screen. i cant refund it because i have over 2 hrs on it now. Please fix...

I have this issue when I sleep. The saving icon doesn't go away and i'm stuck sleeping.
