Patch 3 is available now for Marvel's Spider-Man 2 on PC!

This week's update includes stability improvements and bug fixes based on player feedback. We've also implemented the latest version of the NVIDIA Streamline SDK and included dozens of small visual bug fixes related to various aspects such as reflections, ray-traced shadows and textures.

We are actively working on more updates with additional bug fixes and performance optimizations. Thank you to everyone for playing Marvel's Spider-Man 2 on PC and for providing feedback to help us continue to improve the game!

• Updated NVIDIA Streamline SDK to version 2.7.2.
  
• Fixes for various visual bugs in cinematics on ultra-wide monitors.

• When opening the Suits menu, the list will now always scroll to the selected suit.
  
• 'Pull' Quick Time Events now work when Space or Left Mouse Button are assigned to Jump or Dodge.
  
• Fixed a crash that could occur during 'Graffiti in Trouble' with text language set to Spanish.
  
• Various stability improvements and optimizations.

Patch 2 is out now for Marvel's Spider-Man 2 on PC!

This update contains several crash fixes and stability improvements, based on our research and data from player reports.

Investigations in collaboration with AMD have shown that driver crashes on AMD Radeon GPUs can be related to the initialization of the Anti-Lag 2 SDK in the game. This initialization occurs regardless of whether the feature is enabled. While AMD is working on a driver update, we have temporarily removed Anti-Lag 2 from the game to improve stability on AMD graphics cards.

This update also contains various bug fixes related to visuals and the user interface, to improve your experience. You'll find all the details in the patch notes below. We continue to work on updates focusing on stability, bug fixes and performance optimization.

• NVIDIA DLSS Ray Reconstruction can now be used at Native resolution and with Ultra Performance upscaling.
  
• Fixed a bug that caused issues with XeGTAO when disabling Anti-Aliasing or enabling Ray Reconstruction.
  
• Resolved a timing related bug that could cause the player to be positioned lower to the ground than intended during the Wind Tunnel tutorial.
  
• Various user interface related bug fixes.
  
• Various visual bug fixes.

Patch 1 for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 PC is out now!

This update includes several crash fixes based on feedback from many of you and our crash reporting system. We really appreciate all of you helping us by providing information to make improvements.

This patch also adds menu toggles for Film Style Animation and Comic SFX, improvements to the way New Game+ can be started, and fixes for some visual bugs related to DLSS Ray Reconstruction and raytracing. We’ve also implemented a backup system for autosaves and fixed a range of UI related bugs.

Thanks to updates to Sony’s Crash Reporting System, we can now receive screenshots along with crash reports. This will give us additional insights into where issues occur frequently in the game. We are committed to improving your experience and continue to work on regular updates with more bug fixes, improvements and performance optimizations.

• Enemies webbed to surfaces no longer have a black background when using ray-traced shadows and ray-traced ambient occlusion.
  
• Fixed a bug related to ray-traced reflections that could cause pixelation artefacts along water edges.
  
• Settings for Subtitle Text Size, Closed Caption Text Size, Icon and Prompt Size and Audio Listening Mode are no longer synchronized between different devices.**

*These options become available after obtaining the Across the Spider-Verse Suit.
** As a result of this change, these settings will be reset to their defaults after you install this update.

Hey everyone,

A second hotfix for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is out now on PC. This update contains various crash fixes and changes aimed at further improving game stability.

This patch also resolves a bug that prevented some players from getting Achievements. Affected players will unlock those Achievements retroactively after updating the game and loading a save file.

We’ve also fixed a bug related to DualShock 4 button prompts and resolved a frame rate related progression blocker. Check out the patch notes below for more details.

We continue to closely monitor our crash reporting system and player feedback. Our QA and development teams are actively investigating and working on additional patches to further improve the game.
