Sound issue (Dialouge sound is way to low)

Game seems to work well but I cant here anyone talking in the game.
Dialogue is on Max and I still cant here any voicelines!!!

Just change your audio settings to 2.1 or 2.0.

Pretty sure there's a setting to boost dialogue audio in the sound settings. Could try that.

I did that and didnt work. Changing the soundcard from 5.1 to 2.1 fixed it.
