Spam by Tips cant turn off anymore. Since i reinstalled the game its not possible to turn off the Tips spam during a game. Most time it appears if i attack a country.

Whenever I try to download new maps, I get an error msg: Could not connect to the online plugin data. Please check your internet connection and try again. If you have a firewall on your computer you may need to set it to allow Lux access to the internet. I have never had this problem before. I even turned off my Windows firewall to troubleshoot and still get the same error msg....
