How is this obtained? I know "Taking Notes" is broken, and I have played the game through so what am I missing?

The game still cost 12,99 € on Steam and these 2 cheevos still don´t work ? What´s going on, devs ? This is not funny for any longer. You ruin our profile stats and don´t care, that´s not cool, that´s just lazy and greedy. Sorry for that, but this has to be said....

After receiving reports of some issues with the game we decided to upload a patch resolving some of the problems, this patch includes fixes for: .net 4.0 error, new savegame dll has been added which should resolve some of the crashes that have been occuring. Added possibility of moving with the mouse buttons Locked doors which were never meant to be unlocked. Several collision issues found throughout the game. Hey there, At first, let me congratulate you on creating this enjoyable horror game! I am glad you pulled through with it, after the kickstarter failed. I finished it today and noticed that some achievements did not trigger. That would be: honeyed words, the paparazzi, taking notes and a forgotten truth. I am 100% sure I picked up all notes and took all pictures and listened to the 4 voice recordings.
