I got "the end" achievement without even touching cotton valley so idk

Golden God needs you to finish 100% the game so you need to get all the bandages, warp zones and Cotton Alley if I'm correct

As far as i remember you only need to complete all 6 areas ( both Light and Dark versions with A+ rank), and get all the bandages (100 in total, some of them are in the warp zones). There are additional 6% to 106% completion from glitch stages, but it's not reguired for Golden god. You get the "real ending" achievement upon completion of Dark World's 6, Cotton Alley is just a bonus world that has it's own separate achievements.
