usnual crones dome with a $2500 affect is apearing on the steam market and people are buying it finding out theyre all low tier affects

steam market as in the community market? if so, you're able to view what unusual effect the item has before making the purchase. there'd be no reason to be surprised by what unusual effect you get unless you didn't bother to check, which would be your own fault.

not that there's any scenario where buying a team fortress 2 cosmetic for that much money is a smart decision anyway...
