So what kind of mods are we going to get?
To the level of the L4D2 workshop or barebones mods like just texture swaps?

We already have source mods. Tf2 classic, pre fortress, open fortress, etc. This update allows them more tools and also let's them upload it to steam directly.

Perhaps someone will cook up a singleplayer campaign or so. I dunno, coming up with an idea is the hardest part.

Would be cool to have Lambda Fortress on Steam (Coop hl2 campaign with TF2 classes)
