Team Fortress 2
Will the SDK update allow people to make new content?
Just wanted to make sure this is the case since this idea really excites me. I know that there is servers that add custom weapons (not many people play on them) and I really think it would be fun and it would breath new life into the game if the SDK update truly allows people to mod new content into the game. I hope I'm not misunderstanding what the update does. Who knows, maybe me and some programmer buddies could get into modding the game if this is the case. But I didn't want to get my hopes up if this is not the case.

Well nit only you can make more mods or map , you can literal make new tf2 lol:crate:
people can now make mods that can be available on steam, valve also said they will have to be free too!

yeah but does that include new items and features
It's a modding tool, it can do what mods do.

I assume its like a much better and more powerful SourceMod but I'm probably wrong.

In simplest terms, whatever you're thinking, yes.
