Can you make a bind only for your team?

Been wanting to put like a "Sentry Down Push In!" bind or something

i think you put something like this in the console

bind (key) "say_team ojefwiefwiojefwijoijoefwijoefw"

im pretty sure you do need the quotes or it wont work. atleast that's how it is for me in gmod so i'd assume it'd be the same for tf2
