TF2 keeps crashing mid-game

my game keeps crashing, sometimes immediately upon entering the game, sometimes mid-game. my computer has decent specs, i am able to run multiple games such as GTA, Valorant, etc with no lag whatsoever. i have tried multiple fixes but nothing seems to work, any help will be appreciated, thank you.

Edit: I have resolved the issue.

How often does this happen? tf2 is bugged af, crashes on occasion is normal. Is this happening on Casual servers or community servers?

This happens on both casual & community servers. I know tf2 is buggy but I crash every single time & I'm not sure why. I've reinstalled tf2 & steam. I've tried several other fixes too. Nothing seems to work unfortunately :(

What fixes have you tried? If tf2 crashes at random then My guess is that tf2 is too taxing on your puter, which is certainly no fault of your own since tf2 is a poorly optimized game for both high-end and low-end computers.

We don't know why it crashing. Try generic recommendations for fixing crashes:
1. Reinstall your GPU drivers. Select clean install option (Don't save its configs).
2. Remove all your tf2 mods (in "tf\custom" folder)
3. Reset tf2 configs:
launch TF2 with only the "-novid -autoconfig -default +host_writeconfig config.cfg full +mat_savechanges +quit" launch options. The game will launch and exit. Afterwards, remove these launch options.
4. Find and remove every "sound.cache" file within tf2 installation folder.
See if it works.

Re-install TF2.
If that doesnt work... Sorry to say, but then you either deal with it or get a NEW Pc.

I recently tried factory resetting, unfortunately nothing seems to work. Does anyone know if TF2 has an official support website?

Kind of. There are public Valve tf2 bugtracker: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Source-1-Games/issues
You can post your issue here, describe it in details. Devs will ask you for more info if needed.

But i doubt steam support could really help with technical issues.
