Every time I start the game it shows the Valve intro and simply remains on a black screen. I can interact with the game but the screen remains black. And it's not just in Half-Life, in its mods too and even in Opposition Force. I don't know what it could be, I've searched the internet and nothing has helped me. I recently formatted my PC due to a Microsoft update that was simply crashing my PC, since then I haven't been able to play Half-Life, the mods for it and the spinoffs.
