what happened to the game exactly? the game is great and still fun to play, but it just randomly up and died completely without any kind of warning. so what happened????

Hi, I can clearly see that this game has loooooads of negative reviews and I can also understand why, but for the discount price of a few $, I was wondering if I can get a bunch of hours out of the game when playing offline. I don’t mind a grind for resources and the general idea of the game seems appealing. Is it really that awful that I couldn’t get 5 hours out of it? On my Steam Deck? With a controller? Thanks....

I am completely new to this game, I have no idea what I'm doing. But the amount of bugs is actual insanity. I die because my character finds just the right spot to fall into (either in fences, rocks, or even a tiny crack in the ground) and I have no way to get out without dying. Then when I go to get my stuff, if I don't fall in again, my inventory and crafting opens instead of the body's inventory so I can't take anything.
