Please fix...

well i know it has 1080 and 360 but i want 240 or 140p so is there a trick or a something to do to watch this in lower qualities than what steam offers ?

i try to see the second episode of the true sight,and i cant find it,they say the stream is over and i can find it into my videos,but there is only the first episode,anyone who can help?tnx
