Really poor Performane
Mode: Gernral Game Play

Version (bottom right of credits): V0.1.1.0.0927
Description of Issue: Really poor optimisation and fps im getting on average 30fps on a clear sunny day and like 10-15fps in wet weather

I have played with all settings no matter what i choose i still get these poor frame rates

My specs are as follows:
i7 3770
GTX980
16GB RAM


i will gladly send through dxdiag and videos of frame rates and photos of settings if needed.
I would just really liked this looked at ASAP because im a big fan of supporting bigant and local devs i own this game on both ps4 and PC aswell as nurmorus games developed by use at this point im very disapointed.

Are you running at 1080p? Sounds like you could be running 1440p or 4k, at least from my experiences. I've had the exact specs you have, except a 980ti, and it ran at 60-90 pretty well. Admittingly though this game is a bit harder to run than RLL3 was.
