when will kosovo's flag be added

How do I unlock the mode in the bottom right corner of the achievement icon? I have all the others so i assume that is what I'm missing for this. https://i.imgur.com/dQdevTj.png

Does anybody know how to do this achievement ? I tried everything and I didn't get it.. :(

Are you planning or even working on a mobile version of this game? The concept is predestinated for mobile devices like tablets and smartphones. Would really love to play this on the subway etc. during commute!

My notebook downloaded the game. Afterwards I tried to start it, but it has told me, that it's missing the exe file. I've no idea what to do.
