What effect does the CPU pitcher difficulty have on the game? I'm not sure if I missed it in the rule book or if it isn't mentioned.

IS there an option to roll your own (real physical) dice, and enter the result?

Hello. Enjoying the game so far. Question: Does match-ups (lefties vs righties) have some other influence except from this one left handed pitcher that has a trait against left hitting batters? I'm asking because whenever i use the switch hitter it asks me if i prefer to bat left or right and i don't see any differences. (Also i don't find a particular reason not to use heavily right handed line up) Sacrifice bunts & steals would add to the strategic depth of the game in my opinion. Thanks....
