Help and Technical Support

Here you can report errors, any other issues or simply ask questions. Note: Search before posting. Maybe an error has already been reported.

While creating an error report, please

Title your error with a short summary of the error
Include detailed description of the error
What were you doing in game when this error appeared (so we can reproduce it)
Mention version of the game you are experiencing issues with (located at the bottom-left in main menu)
If you want to attach any relevant screenshots/videos/save or log files, please see section below

Attach Files

There are two ways to attach all necessary files for your error report (if needed):

Join our Discord Server.[discord.com], grab Debugger role in Channels&Roles and create new report in error-report channel providing all necessary information there
Send error report to info@teamhalfbeard.com with all necessary attachments

Find Save Files

Go to Library in Steam
Right Click on Time to Morp
Left Click on Manage
Left Click on Browse local files
Open Saves and you'll find all your worlds right there
Make sure to zip folder with correct save file before sending!

Find Log Files

Press combination of Windows+R
Copy-paste this path to search bar:
%appdata%/../LocalLow/Team HalfBeard/Time to Morp
Player.log and Player-prev.log are files you are looking for!

It's Morpin Time!

Just a question. Does it run well on Steam Deck and will controller support work out-of-the-box or do I have to remap?

Hi there! Thank you for your question. We just recently received our own Steam Deck, and were surprised that the game is running and playable! However, there are a few areas where we can improve the experience, such as font size, UI scale, support for the touchpads, etc.

Should work out-of-the-box without a need for a remap! Let us know if you have any more questions : )

I'm playing solo and approaching day day 400. Up to this point, I have experienced minor freezes and snags in gameplay. However, today my game froze up completely with Time to Morp (TTM) consuming 47,000Mb's of memory. If there is anyway to reduce that usage it would be highly appreciated. I'm running on a much older system with only about 63,000Mb mrmory limit.

We are very sorry to hear that you experienced this. Thank you for reporting, we have few other players reporting memory leak too on longer play sessions.
