Clicking the link takes me to the LS Discord I'm currently in, so the link is probably fine.

Standard protection from steam, just manually copy the link and paste in your browser.

This also happens to me when trying to use a link on Steam every first time. Just click on the link again and then you should get a message in your browser telling you that you want to access a website outside of Steam's ecosystem. Aggree this message and you'll be forwarded to the correct destination.

it worked by leaving the Discord APP open while clicking on the links

they banned me from their stupid discord server

I was also banned from the Discord for having an issue and requesting help for it, but not doing it in the way that the server operator liked. Sadly it's not very usable as a support platform when your issue isn't taken seriously.

Mine was eventually seen by the dev and taken seriously, but the discord server is not run by them, and the head admin there sadly allows their friends to harass people in DM.
