I found a critical bug in Lossless Scaling 2.13.2. If you leave the "Custom" field in frame generation empty (do not enter a number), the program freezes, displaying buggy numbers (-2147483648 / 402) maybe your numbers will be different.

The video freezes on the screen, but continues to work in the preview (via Alt + Tab). It is not possible to close the program using standard methods, even when switching to another desktop or starting the task manager. The only solution is to restart Windows.

1. Open Lossless Scaling 2.13.2.
   
2. Enable frame generation and select the "Custom" mode.
   
3. Leave the field empty and start the video.
   
4. Activate Lossless Scaling (hotkey).
   
5. The video will freeze, and the program will not close using standard methods.
