You should learn to write a halfway proper problem description... System specs? LS settings? LSFG versions? Which games? Framecap?

ryzen 7 7730u 16gb ddr4 and i cap at 30 fps and even at uncapped it does this idk why but it used to give 30 fps to 28 fps of boost but now it gives 5 fps of boost

You're on a laptop right? Ok, aside the fact that you didn't mention the game, wich would be helpful, maybe it isn't a lossless scaling problem?

Is the laptop connected to the power? because if it's not laptops lower the tdp (basically the total performance they can get) to save power, so you will be getting less fps.

If that's not the case, try to delete the lossless scaling settings (C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Lossless Scaling), make a backup of that file so you don't lose all the settings if it doesn't work, and then try again.

and maybe tell us a bit more about the problem, like:
in what games does it happen?
is it only on 1 title or every game?
what is your maximum base framerate?
what hz is your monitor?
do you have a dedicated gpu?

It's likely that you need to do updates on your system, are your drivers or windows updated?

If it only happened recently and you have G-sync on try turning it off on the lossless app , my lossless was working fine for months then suddenly its stuttering like crazy with gsync support on via the app in some games.
