Ok, that's really sad to hear :-( I love the original trilogy so much.
Was the community able to do something?
That's really disheartening :-(
My rig is actually really good and I remember suffering from crashes when I initially bought the game (as stated above). It's so sad that an awesome collection like this doesn't get the proper care it deserves.
I wonder why so many reviews on Steam are positiv?! :-/

Still, I guess it's sadly a pass for me. I hate when a publisher (especially Activision) leaves so many problems unresolved and doesn't even release a single patch.

Nope, my rig is pretty good - can play everything from Elden Ring to newer Far Cry games without a problem.

Yeah well, it looked and played REALLY well ... my problems were the crashes.
I read that crashes/freezes were actually not that uncommon ... and since they never released a patch, I'm far from the only one.
There are even a lot of fanmade tutorial guides on how to work around some of them.
