But I wonder if there is something else broken. That shouldn't really be the case. Proton developer do fix the media-foundation problem for every game individually IIRC. Maybe Protontricks can help if this doesn't work out. I don't own a Deck however.
The game plays great besides an initial stutter when starting levels and the level loading screen on Linux. There is the Alpine Ridge bug that requires the game to be set at 30 FPS for doors to open correctly on that level but that happens in Windows too.

to hostfile resolve the issue
