Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

im not going to write half an noval as I did last year around this time, since im kinda feeling a bit lazy today if I have to be honest (I mean EVEN MORE lazy than usually), but I wish every single one of you members of this most based of communities and your families and friends a merry, blessed and relaxing christmas. Eat, drink and be merry on this day and while you're at it, appreciate this holy day, the birthday of our Lord and Saviour, not just in words but also in heart and mabey even toast to his holy name while emptying barrels of spiced wine or, if you're a men of culture, gallons of iced tea. However you're celebrating: Merry Christmas!

Greetings, everyone!

Depending on where you live, you might now or soon be celebrating Christmas. The birth of Jesus Christ, a great man, who is even respected by those who are not Christians. Even by Muslims, who usually are not that fond of Christian stuff. They might not accept him as son of God, but for them he is a Prophet as well.

Jesus brought many great changes and ideas.
One of his main-messages, so to call, was Love.
God loves you, loves us, and thus we all shall love one another, like brothers and sisters, like family.

On Christmas we live this love. But why only on Christmas? Jesus commanded us to love one another in general, not only on the day on which we celebrate his birth!
Feel the love of this day and keep it in your heart, let it grow and share it with the world around you!
This is what Jesus' dreamed of - and it should be a goal for non-Christians as well, as this is the only way. Everything else will lead to the self-destruction of humanity. And I doubt that anyone really wants that :)

Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.
