Rules for the raffle:
Make it reasonable: Dont make them have to pay 1 ref to join a raffle for 1 craft hat

The metal has to be given to me before the raffle is made.

If the raffle dosent work and no one wants to join it you wont be able to make a raffle and the raffle shall be removed.

The item has to be given to me so you cant refuse to give it.

The winners will be chosen with random.org
