Looks like Valve fixed the events system sometime yesterday.

For those that weren't aware, over the past 10 or so days trying to post an event would throw an error. Unfortunately there was nothing we could do other than submit a support ticket to Valve.

This announcement for the people who want to drive on GTA V using a steering wheel. I have found a program that let you have this experience, it's very easy to install but it's confusing to get the right tweak.
